Lawrence Vavra

Lawrence Vavra (LV) is an entertainment industry rebel. Starting at a young age, LV has grown, built, and sold businesses throughout the music and technology sphere with notable accomplishments being the discovery of DJ AM while in law school, the decade plus management of the band Blink-182, the building of music events company SFX and the music management firm Deckstar which was sold and rebranded to YM&U. Always moving against the grain, LV has paved his own path for how to operate within the entertainment world without losing his childhood passion for the business. In addition to his fierce love of music, LV is also an accomplished venture investor having successfully moved on opportunities such as Uber, Spotify, Postmates, Pinterest and Eventbrite which he also sits as an advisor for.

Oscar Scivier

Oscar is an experienced A&R, artist manager, and marketer; developing artists and breaking records from niche culture to the mainstream, often taking an international approach to scale success globally. Over the last 15 years, his management experience has had him working with deadmau5, Madison Beer, DJ Regard, Rita Ora and more. Oscar’s A&R work within First Access Entertainment and Ultra Records has amassed 10s of billions of streams and over 75 certifications with artists including Madison Beer, Rita Ora, Kygo, Steve Aoki, OMI’s 2016 global #1 hit “Cheerleader”, Mr Probz’s 2015 hit ‘Waves’, and many more.

Zoë Heaton

Zoë’s lifelong passion for music turned into a career nine years ago when she started booking/promoting shows in Missoula, Montana.

In more recent years Zoë has worked for top music executives at both William Morris Endeavor and Big Loud Management under Live Nation. During this time Zoë also independently managed local bands, ran a music blog, and stage-managed events. These experiences gave her an in depth understanding of both music marketing and artist development, contributing to a unique skill set that she looks forward to honing at Player Zero Records.

Ted Rupp

Ted has been building early stage technology companies for over a decade, after starting his career at an indie label in the early 2000's. Most recently, Ted was Chief Strategy Officer at LeaseLock, helping to grow the team from 12 to 120 and revenue by 1000%. Prior to LeaseLock, Ted was SVP of Corporate Development for MNTN, which became a unicorn in 2021 prior to acquiring Ryan Reynolds' Maximum Effort.

Lauren Bacon

Lauren is a seasoned product leader with experience from seed stage to post-IPO consumer software companies including Angie’s List and Metromile. When not building startups, she’s spent time producing various events ranging from sunrise renegades to night club promotions to boutique music festivals. At Player Zero she’s combining her love of music with the art of product management to help launch new ventures in web3.

Blake Jones

Blake Jones is an artist, producer and creative visionary. His musical ability spans across multiple different genres, some of which include Hip-hop, Pop, Alternative, Pop-Punk and Lofi. He and his brother release original music as a group called “Blake and Miles”, and together they have generated over 20 Million streams world wide.
